A leading member of the attacking ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid has racked up more key passes than any other player in Europe’s top-5 leagues thus far this season.
The player in question? Vinícius Jr.
Wide-man Vinícius is for his part in the midst of a something of a hit-and-miss opening to the new campaign.
The Brazilian international has showcased flashes of his unquestionable brilliance, but, amid ongoing efforts to build his partnership with Kylian Mbappé, has not quite managed to produce his customary head-turning numbers in the final third.
As much, however, has not stopped ‘Vini’ from carving out chances for his teammates at an absolutely elite level.
In fact, as alluded to above, over the early weeks of 2024/25, the 24-year-old has done so at a superior rate to any other player in Europe’s leading leagues.
