Tee times and matches for the 2024 Solheim Cup as Team Europe chase fourth consecutive victory

Team Europe and Team USA are in Virginia this week for the 2024 Solheim Cup. Here are all the tee times and pairings for Friday’s opening matches at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club.

Team Europe are preparing to defend the Solheim Cup in Virginia, with captain Suzann Pettersen and her 12 players looking for at least a 14 point victory over Stacy Lewis and Team USA. Just like with any Ryder Cup match, 14 points will allow Europe to retain the Solheim Cup, and 14.5 for the USA would win it outright.

After Team Europe claimed three victories in a row when they won both 2019 and 2021 tournaments, followed by a 14 point tie at Fina Cortesin in 2023, Pettersen’s team will be aiming for number four this weekend.

Lewis, who was the youngest American Solheim Cup captain in history when she took team USA to Spain last year, will be looking forward to going up against Pettersen for another year. “Suzann and I, we played a lot of golf together over the years. I think we only played one Solheim Cup match together, but it’s one of the things I look forward to most, going up against her” she told the media after her two-year captaincy was unveiled.
