Zayo Europe has appointed Jennifer Smith as chief financial officer.
Smith has previously served on Zayo Europe’s advisory board and has also held CFO and senior finance roles at euNetworks.
Zayo Europe has also announced the appointment of two new board members, Simone Bonannini and Pascale Labrecque. Bonannini is an experienced board member and brings a depth of knowledge of the European B2B market from his previous roles at Open Fiber and Interoute. Labrecque, a principal at DigitalBridge, has broad experience in the digital sector in Europe and has also been on Zayo Europe’s advisory board.
