Accor’s Adagio brand debuts new property in Paris

Accor’s extended stay brand Adagio has opened a new property in Paris just days before the French capital hosts the Olympics.

Adagio Original Paris Boulogne in the Boulogne-Billancourt district features 101 apartments, including 78 studios and 23 one-bedroom units, some of which have their own balcony or terrace. The apartments also have their own equipped kitchens and workspaces.

The aparthotel includes the Circle social spaces, as well as fitness and laundry facilities, plus an area designed for children. The property also has a car park with charging stations for electric vehicles and a patio opening on to a “biodiverse green area”.

Xavier Desaulles, CEO of Adagio, called the opening of the brand’s latest property in the run-up to the Olympics “very symbolic”.

“It shows our ambition for development,” added Desaulles. “Everything Adagio can be found here: high-quality services, a design inspired by the local setting, an assumed urban and modern identity. Everything is gathered to fully experience the city.”
