Advantage promotes Ainsworth to key strategic role
Agency consortium Advantage Travel Partnership has promoted Lee Ainsworth to the role of director of strategy to help drive its growth plans.
London-based Advantage, which is the third largest TMC network in Europe, said that Ainsworth would “lead the development and execution of the company’s strategic plans” in his new role, which includes an “ambitious growth agenda”.
Ainsworth has been working for Advantage for nine years – most recently as the consortium’s head of operations.
Julia Lo Bue-Said, CEO of Advantage, said: “Lee has consistently demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking, bringing structure to our strategic project roadmap, which has been instrumental in supporting our success to date.”
“Lee’s promotion is a testament to his leadership skills and strategic insight, and I am confident he will add even greater value in supporting our bold and ambitious growth plans for the future in this new role.”
Ainsworth added: “Over the past nine years, I have seen the incredible potential of our business and look forward to collaborating with the wider leadership team and advisory boards to drive our strategic development even further and deliver value for all our stakeholders through the achievement of our long-term goals.”
