Air France-KLM establishes NDC connection with ClarityTTS
Air France-KLM has partnered with travel tech firm ClarityTTS to distribute the carriers’ New Distribution Capability content.
The new NDC connection with the Canada-based aggregator is powered by the airline group’s NDC API and follows similar agreements with NDC-enabled global distribution systems such as Amadeus, Travelport and Sabre.
Air France and KLM’s NDC content is now available via 20 NDC aggregators. The sister carriers also recently developed a direct NDC connection with Spotnana.
The airlines said their “best offers” are accessible via NDC, along with continuous pricing, dynamically priced seat options, bundles and “a more personalised experience”.
Bookings via NDC will also avoid Air France-KLM’s upcoming global distribution system surcharge on EDIFACT-based bookings.
According to the group’s website the surcharge has increased to €24 per one-way ticket, up from the previously reported €21.
