Arjun’s Infrastructure Alliance Europe 2 fund closes at €1.4b

Arjun Infrastructure Partners, the independent European infrastructure fund manager, has achieved the final closing of its Infrastructure Alliance Europe 2 (IAE-2) fund.

The fund raised €1.1 billion ($1.2 billion) of total commitments, with an additional €300 million ($320 million) allocated to its co-investment program. Commitments came from Arjun’s existing long-term institutional investor base in Europe. Additionally, the firm has achieved a significant breakthrough in North America, with substantial investor interest in both fund and co-investment opportunities.

Launched in 2022 as a successor to the €1 billion ($1.1 billion) Infrastructure Alliance Europe 1 (IAE-1) fund, IAE-2 adopts a mid-market investment strategy focusing on long-term asset management of core and core-plus infrastructure assets across Europe. The fund is classified as Article 8 under SFDR and spans Arjun’s sector specialisms, which include renewables, digital, transport and utilities
