BBF Apartments opens new property in Brussels
Belgium-based BBF Apartments has opened its latest property in Brussels offering a range of serviced and residential apartments.
BBF Apartments said Escaut Residence in central Brussels will include both unfurnished and furnished apartments, with the latter featuring fulyl-equipped kitchens, wifi and cleaning services.
The new location, near the redeveloped Tour & Taxis neighbourhood,offers a range of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The unfurnished units are already available while the serviced apartments will be ready next week.
BBF, which caters heavily to the international business and diplomatic market, currently has a portfolio of more than 1,300 rental apartments in the Belgian cities of Brussels, Antwerp and Ghent.
“A new residence in one of Brussels’s most dynamic growth areas could not be missing from the portfolio of BBF Apartments,” said the company in an announcement.
BBF also plans further apartment developments in Antwerp, Ghent, Mechelen and Brussels in the coming years.
