BTA partners with ground transport booking specialist
Ground transport technology company Distribusion has joined the UK-based Business Travel Association (BTA) as a supplier partner.
Based in Berlin, Distribusion has become one of the BTA’s prime partners and will engage with members at the association’s events.
The company’s B2B booking API allows travel management companies to access ground transport options worldwide, including bus, rail, ferries, airport transfers and urban transport, according to Distribusion.
Petra Schmidt, head of corporate travel business development at Distribusion, said: “We are eager to work with The BTA’s network of TMCs, partners, and suppliers to address key challenges in the business travel industry by simplifying rail and ground transportation sourcing, increasing visibility, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.”
Distribusion currently serves more than 1,500 clients in 70 countries, and partners with national and regional ground transportation carriers including major rail operators SNCF, Deutsch Bahn, Trenitalia, Iryo, Amtrak and Eurostar.
