Clare Collins, who was recently promoted to the role of chief operating officer at CT Travel Group, said: “I am passionate about the existing loyalty of my team, retaining and nurturing those people, and strengthening our skillset by onboarding brand new talent from within the industry.

“Caroline’s expertise and innovative approach to people and culture will be pivotal as we continue to expand. Her addition to our team marks an exciting new chapter in our journey, and we are delighted to welcome her on board.”

Everard added: “The group’s growth ambitions and the leadership team’s commitment to its people and culture strategy as a core part of its overarching plans was inspiring. I’m thrilled to be part of this dynamic team and to contribute to the exciting developments ahead.”
