Debbie Carling will step down as Europe CEO on 31 December 2024
Corporate Travel Management CEO for Europe Debbie Carling has announced her retirement and will step down from the job on 31 December 2024.
Carling, who joined CTM in 2014 following the acquisition of Chambers Travel, has served as its regional CEO for the past eight years.
“It has been an absolute privilege to work alongside such a talented and dedicated team over the past decade at CTM Europe,” Carling said. “I am immensely proud of the collective achievements we’ve made across multiple domains, including service excellence, technological innovation and sustainability.”
The TMC’s current chief operating officer Michael Healy, based in Glasgow, will take the helm as Europe CEO from 1 January 2025, following “a comprehensive transition plan that is already in motion”, the TMC said.
Commenting on his new appointment, Healy said: “I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Debbie for her invaluable leadership and mentorship throughout the years. It is an honour to lead the CTM Europe team as we embark on our next phase of growth.”
