CTM rebrands meeting and events division

Travel management company CTM has rebranded its meetings and events division ETM under the new name of CTM Meetings & Events.

The Australia-based TMC said it was making the move to allow clients to better manage demand for meetings and events as a “seamless extension” of their corporate travel programmes.

CTM said that meetings and events have emerged as a “significant and growing segment” of business travel. A recent global survey of clients found that 90 per cent expected to travel the same amount or more for customer meetings this year, while 85 per cent will do likewise for internal meetings and 84 per cent for conference and trade shows.

Tami Reier, general manager of CTM Meetings & Events, North America, said: “Meetings and events continue to evolve, and we’re ready to embrace these changes. Our rebrand aims to streamline and enhance the event management experience for our customers.

“We are dedicated to delivering exceptional corporate events and strategic meetings that deliver an improved ROI (return on investment) for businesses of all sizes. This rebrand is another stride forward in our commitment to evolving the way we support businesses to deliver more strategic outcomes from their spend.”

CTM was ranked as the seventh largest TMC in Europe in the list of Europe’s Leading TMCs 2024. It was also the second largest in the UK.
