EFR Travel Group appoints Salv Silvera as chief commercial officer

The EFR Travel Group has appointed Salv Silvera as its new chief commercial officer.

He will join EFR’s executive team and work closely with CEO Edward Rom and COO Wayne Perks to “drive growth and expansion” and develop the company’s commercial strategy.

Silvera has more than 15 years’ experience in senior leadership positions within the travel management industry, including roles with CTM and Sabre.

“His extensive experience and proven track record in the travel industry make him the perfect fit for this crucial role. We are confident his skillset will help us accelerate our growth trajectory and further enhance our value proposition to clients,” said Rom.

Silvera added:

The UK-based agency, which specialises in the construction, marine, offshore, retail, professional services and media and entertainment sectors, was ranked the 34th largest TMC in the country in last year’s Europe’s Leading TMCs report.
