FCM Travel to offer Cytric Easy booking technology

FCM Travel has extended an existing distribution agreement with Amadeus to now offer the travel tech company’s Cytric Easy booking tool to customers.

Under the agreement, Cytric Easy will be integrated into the TMC’s portfolio, including the ability to book travel and share trip information via Microsoft Teams.

Embedded in Microsoft 365, Cytric Easy allows travellers to book flights, accommodation or rail journeys and share travel details with colleagues without leaving the Microsoft Teams application.

With functionalities like ‘share my transfer’, travellers can also save on costs by travelling with colleagues and reduce the time needed to plan trips, according to the companies.

FCM global managing director, Marcus Eklund, said: “[Cytric Easy] has the potential to be a transformative addition to our portfolio, driving efficiency, collaboration, and cost savings for our customers.”  

Amadeus Cytric chief commercial officer Mark Cullen added: “The partnership today will allow buyers to leverage the combined strengths of Cytric Easy and FCM Travel within their existing productivity platforms, namely Microsoft Teams.”
