JetBlue plans to introduce airport lounges in the US

US-based airline JetBlue has announced plans to open its first airport lounges from late 2025 as it looks to increase its “premium” services for passengers.

JetBlue’s first lounge, which will be sized at 8,000 square feet, will be located in New York JFK’s Terminal 5, with the second to follow “soon after” in Boston Logan International Airport’s Terminal C.

The lounges are part of the airline’s efforts to “meet the growing demand for premium offerings” from customers.

Access to the lounges will be reserved “primarily” for JetBlue’s most loyal customers and premium credit card holders, including TrueBlue Mosaic 4 members, transatlantic Mint customers and holders of a new premium JetBlue credit card, which is due to be launched shortly.

Mosaic 4 and premium JetBlue credit card holders will also receive access for an accompanying guest.

Day passes and guest passes will be available for purchase by additional eligible customers based on space availability, and all customers will be able to purchase an annual pass.

JetBlue operates daily year-round flights from the US to London, Paris and Amsterdam, as well as seasonal summer services to Dublin and Edinburgh.
