Jyrney agrees deal with chauffeur service Blacklane
Ground transport platform Jyrney has announced a new partnership with chauffeur service provider Blacklane.
The deal will give Jyrney’s users access to Blacklane’s services in more than 50 countries, alongside Jyrney’s existing taxi and ride-hailing content.
Jyrney’s platform integrates directly into business travellers’ chosen online booking tools, allowing them to book ground transport alongside air, rail and hotel.
Daniel Price, Jyrney’s CEO and founder, called Blacklane a “perfect partner” because of its high service standards and global supply.
“Our mission is to bring the best providers onto the Jyrney platform, enabling travellers to access all their ground transport providers in one system seamlessly connected to their tech stack; partnering with Blacklane moves us a huge step forward to realising our goal,” said Price.
The company added that Blacklane’s services were now available through Jyrney’s GDS, mid-back office and online booking tool partnerships.
Jyrney, which won Business Travel Show Europe’s Innovation Faceoff contest in 2022, offers a range of ground services including ride-hailing, chauffeur and taxi services.
Jason Dunderdale, head of agency sales at Blacklane, added: “This partnership comes at a great time in Blacklane’s growth as we continue to expand across markets.
“As innovators in providing a seamless guest experience that unites ground transport businesses, we are excited to be working with Jyrney.”
