KLM upgrades Schengen Lounge at Amsterdam Schiphol

Dutch carrier KLM has revamped its Schengen Crown Lounge at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.

The lounge has been equipped with new furniture, floors, walls and lighting, along with upgraded restrooms and showers, while seating capacity has also increased to allow for 753 travellers.

According to the carrier, guests will also find “improved food and beverage buffets”, a greater number of power supplies “to keep devices fully charged” and improved signage throughout the lounge.

Open daily from 4:45 to 22:00, the lounge is free to access for KLM business class passengers travelling within the Schengen region as well as to Platinum and Gold members of the carrier’s Flying Blue loyalty programme and SkyTeam Elite Plus members. Access fees apply to all other travellers.
