Reed & Mackay partners with Qondor to enhance M&E services
TMC Reed & Mackay is partnering with software firm Qondor to help optimise the efficiency of its meetings and events team.
The company said using Norway-based Qondor’s technology would allow its M&E team to spend less time on administrative tasks and instead concentrate on “delivering outstanding, creative experiences for clients”.
Reed & Mackay added that the partnership would also provide clients with better data-driven insights, as well as “more advanced” reports on the return-on-investment (ROI) from their events.
Julie Oliver, CEO of UK, Europe, and global events at Reed & Mackay, said: “By harnessing Qondor’s advanced platform, we empower our teams in all our key markets to streamline operations, boost productivity and deliver a global standard approach locally alongside unparalleled value to our clients.”
The Qondor platform will initially be available for the TMC’s clients in the UK and US, with a global rollout planned for later this year.
Nils Olav Risla, chief operating officer at Qondor, said: “With Qondor’s innovative platform and Reed & Mackay’s events expertise, clients can expect a seamless, unified approach to meetings and events management that drives efficiency and exceeds expectations.”
