Sport climbing, IFSC European Championships Villars 2024: all results and medals – complete list
The Swiss mountain town of Villars-sur-Ollon plays host to some of the world’s top sport climbers for the IFSC European Championships Villars 2024, taking place from 24 August to 1 September.
Over eight thrilling days, athletes are competing across four disciplines: Speed, Boulder, Lead, and the combined Boulder & Lead events.
Fresh off the Olympic Games Paris 2024, the starting list in Villars is stacked with talent, including Olympic competitors Sam Avezou, Hamish McArthur, Luka Potocar, Sascha Lehmann, Oriane Bertone, Molly Thompson-Smith, Erin McNeice, Ievgeniia Kazbekova, and Lucia Doerffel.
Adding to the excitement, this year marks the first time para-athletes will compete for medals at the European Championships, making Villars 2024 a truly historic event.
