This year’s ceremony, hosted in the stunning setting of Madeira, recognized TAP’s unmatched commitment to excellence in connecting continents.

This is not just a one-time triumph for TAP; it marks the seventh consecutive year the airline has been celebrated for its exceptional service on these routes. Adding to its legacy, TAP was also a winner in these categories in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012, demonstrating a longstanding tradition of excellence.

Renowned for its reliable network, high-quality service, and dedication to customer satisfaction, TAP Air Portugal continues to bridge the gap between Europe, Africa, and South America. These awards highlight the airline’s pivotal role in fostering global connections and enhancing travel experiences across these dynamic regions.

Mário Chaves, TAP’s Chief Operating Officer, who received the award, says that ‘these awards reflect the importance of the South American and African markets for the Company and also the work we have done to strengthen this position. We work every day to make the Company better. We’re going to be 80 years old next year and for 80 years we’ve been able to maintain this leadership and we hope we can continue to serve our Customers in the best possible way.
