TripStax bolsters duty of care service with Riskline integration

Travel tech provider TripStax is integrating data from travel risk intelligence company Riskline to enhance its duty of care support for its travel management company customers.

The company’s central data processing engine, the Core, will consume real-time data from Riskline, which draws on some 100,000 sources of information to provide accurate and timely travel risk assessments.

The integration will then “proactively determine how best to deploy that data” across the eight modules provided by TripStax, including Track, Approve, Docs and Mobile. For example, approval flows can be created and re-run within the Approve module based on the latest risk factors in destinations, said the company.

David Chappell, chief product officer at TripStax, said: “Considering that the provision of actionable information based on risk is at the top of many customers’ agendas at the moment, the partnership comes at an important time.”
