Pesic, reflecting on Denmark’s performance, candidly stated at the press conference, “Many will say, Denmark is not our level. I agree, but we are really proud of the approach the boys showed.” He praised his players for their relentless spirit, noting their dominance in the first half and continued brilliance throughout the game. Pesic emphasized his preference for “warriors” over “artists,” hinting at the grit and determination he expects from his players.
