Your star sign’s tarot horoscope for the month of November 2024

Get ready for a new month (Picture: Getty/Metro.co.uk)

Although it starts as Halloween ends, the month of November still retains the energy of spooky season.

It’s not just dark nights and autumn leaves that keep this feeling alive though: Scorpio season and a New Moon in the sign on November 1 bring darker topics to the surface, making it an ideal time to do shadow work.

On November 11, Venus enters Capricorn, which could see you getting serious about commitment and relationships, while a Full Moon in Taurus on November 15 sparks the need to feel grounded and connect with the natural world.

Thankfully, Sagittarius season comes around on November 21, lightening the mood with its optimistic and open-minded nature — just watch out for Mercury Retrograde on November 25, as it has a tendency to scupper plans.

Ahead, you’ll find your star sign’s tarot horoscope for the month of November 2024, with three tarot cards drawn for each sign and their meaning for you explained.

Aries

March 21 to April 20

Tarot cards for Aries for November: Queen of Swords, Strength, Five of Swords

Meaning: Wisdom wins the day

A character-building episode will unfold this November that starts out like a conflict, maybe makes you feel a little isolated, like you’re the only one who feels as you do, but you must stick to your guns.

The Five of Swords shows this will unfold like an argument or disagreement but instead of fighting and pouring fuel on the flames, you must seek the deeper issue, the root cause. The Queen of Swords shows you’ll be the solo force in that respect. Everyone else will be losing their heads whilst you figure out the real problem and therefore the potential resolutions. It will require more intellectual and rational energy than passion or emotion, so stay calm.

Strength reveals this phase reveals a deeper emotional intelligence in you than people expected and it creates admiration, respect, and gratitude (all of which you will deeply enjoy, and benefit from in the weeks to come). Be wise.

Taurus

April 21 to May 21

Everybody can use a fresh perspective (Picture: Getty/Metro.co.uk)

Tarot cards for Taurus for November: The Hierophant, Eight of Wands, The Fool

Meaning: Look for an expert

The Fool sees you wishing to turn the page and make a fresh start, embark on a new beginning, or activate a totally unexpected and different project, role, or activity. This is a bold leap. And now is the right time to do it. Don’t worry too much about the long term strategy, it will form as you go, as you learn.

On that note, the Eight of Wands and wise Hierophant urge you to do one other thing – find a mentor/coach/advisor/sounding board. Find someone (or a little community of people) who have done what you’re doing before, who have relevant experience, who can teach you what you need to know, or are just calm and shrewd souls you can lean into and bounce ideas and issues off.

Don’t try and do this all by yourself. People can help you. It’d be foolish not to have that valuable help.

Gemini

May 22 to June 21

Gemini
Follow your heart (Picture: Getty/Metro.co.uk)

Tarot cards for Gemini for November: Page of Wands, Queen of Wands, Ace of Swords

Meaning: Passion and purpose

A honest review of your purpose and the way you invest your time and energy, with that in mind, is due this November. I stress ‘honest’ because the Ace of Swords hints you’ve perhaps fibbed to yourself a little here, maybe tried to remain ‘in love’ with a project or role you no longer enjoy, or believed you can do more than you, in reality, can. Face the music, ‘fess up, be brutally honest about what you want to do and what that means for what you do do!

The Page and Queen of Wands reveal you can, of course, achieve whatever you set your mind to. It’s the ’setting’ that is needed. Step up, realise you have limited capacity and therefore you must prioritise what is important and focus upon it.

Follow your passion, that’s a good rule of thumb. What are you excited to do, achieve, create? What stirs you emotionally is what, ultimately, you will invest the best of yourself into and enjoy the greatest success with.

Cancer

June 22 to July 23

Tarot cards for Cancer for November: Three of Cups, The Lovers, Death

Meaning: Social life changes

November can have a slightly gloomy vibe as the days darken and get colder. It is a kind of spooky season extended, and actually you quite like that vibe. Death visits you, which means you’re looking to shed old ways and means, and renew your habits and outlook. Makeovers and transformations are in scope!

The Lovers and Three of Cups see the vast bulk of this energy flowing into your social, and romantic, life. You want to enjoy yourself, feel fulfilled and appreciated, be inspired and positively impacted by the people you spend time with in leisure. You have choices to make. You have options to choose from.

What kind of autumn and winter do you want to have? And who does that mean comes into play? And what things should you be researching and booking? Make your life suit you!

Leo

July 24 to August 23

leo star sign
Put the work in this November (Picture: Getty/Metro.co.uk)

Tarot cards for Leo for November: Knight of Swords, Ten of Cups, Queen of Coins

Meaning: Relationship practicalities

Relationships don’t just work out great all by themselves – they require maintenance, investment, repair and refreshes. The Ten of Cups sees you focused on your close/st relationship this month, likely a romantic one but it could be family or friend too. You want things to be even better, even stronger, even more passionate and rewarding!

So, that takes a bit of work (all of which is worthwhile). The Knight of Swords suggests the power dynamics are a bit ‘off’. One or the other of you is too much ‘the doer’ whilst the other plays ‘done to’. Change this vibe, switch it up, be the opposite, force a change.

The Queen of Coins suggests you need to make a few practical, material tweaks to daily life too – like who does what and when, or how you socialise, or what finances are in play. Look at where things can get tetchy and tweak what creates that tension.

Virgo

August 24 to September 23

virgo star sign
A life audit is in order (Picture: Getty/Metro.co.uk)

Tarot cards for Virgo for November: Ten of Coins, Judgment, Seven of Swords

Meaning: Sustainable positive change

Figure out, this November, what’s good for you. The Ten of Coins and Judgment combine forces to ask you questions about the truth of your health, wealth, work, and home life. How happy are you? How much happier could you be if XYZ happened? What changes do you know, deep down, are both feasible and going to yield positive results for you?

You have the power to make lasting, sustainable, positive changes. You can do this now. The Seven of Swords suggests that the first step is to remove a few bad influences – be they people, presences, habits, or routines that you know, deep down, are leading you down negative paths.

Substitute, update, remove, replace. Create new habits that lead to good places. What you put in place now, this month, will gain traction, stick, and take root, becoming a pathway to a happier, healthier, wealthier you!

Libra

September 24 to October 23

libra star sign
Your inner child could hold the key to your future (Picture: Getty/Metro.co.uk)

Tarot cards for Libra for November: The Emperor, The Chariot, Six of Cups

Meaning: New purpose

Powerful cards about using ‘something’ from your past to reset, clarify, and pursue your life’s purpose from now on! The Six of Cups is a nostalgia/childhood card and often points to the truth that we end up spending our adulthood circling and backtracking and meandering all the way back to who we were as a child. Our factory settings are set. We are who we are by six years old.

The Emperor and The Chariot are really forceful cards of purpose, of ambition, of setting a goal and pursuing it ruthlessly and single-mindedly. In order to do that, you need to know it’s the right thing for you.

This month, you will be enlightened on this topic, you will embark on a journey of personal discovery. And the answer will activate change and clarity and new direction. This is a powerful pivot point for you.

Scorpio

October 24 to November 22

scorpio star sign
You could benefit from merging both influences (Picture: Getty/Metro.co.uk)

Tarot cards for Scorpio for November: The Devil, Page of Coins, The Empress

Meaning: Angel or devil?

You sometimes feel like you have an angel on one shoulder and a devil on the other, both whispering their desires, ideas, and advice in your ear. Which to listen to?

The Page of Coins suggests you must learn that for yourself this November, perhaps by listening to both and seeing what the results of each actually are! Live and learn, quite literally. You are neither all sinner nor all saint. You are light and dark, like the rest of us.

The Devil has some bad ideas which maybe sound good in the moment, The Empress has some good ideas which maybe sound a little dull or ‘safe’. Can you temper the two forces? Can you merge their input to make a new, unique and personalised message for yourself? Now that is the real magic trick!

Sagittarius

November 23 to December 21

sagittarius star sign
A problem shared and all that… (Picture: Getty/Metro.co.uk)

Tarot cards for Sagittarius for November: Nine of Swords, The Magician, The High Priestess

Meaning: Don’t hide from your worries

The Nine of Swords is always a call to action to share your darkest thoughts, fears, and dread. Get it all out. Don’t suffer in silence, feel bottled up, or let this worry take a toll on you. Express yourself and say things out loud (they won’t seem as bad).

The High Priestess shows that this surge of worry or fear actually serves a purpose, your instincts and intuition are at work and trying to signal something, trying to get your attention… and worry/fear is the most potent signal they can send. So, push past the feeling and get to the message!

The Magician is the silver lining here. Something inspiring, creative, and uniquely ‘you’ is emerging from this- maybe a new role, project, idea or invention. Your fears will take on a new guise in the light and perhaps become positive allies which lead you to new landscape and territory. So, get them out and let them evolve. Something new is coming.

Capricorn

December 22 to January 21

capricorn star sign
Wealth comes in many different forms (Picture: Getty/Metro.co.uk)

Tarot cards for Capricorn for November: The Hanged Man, Seven of Coins, King of Coins

Meaning: Wealth

Money’s on your mind, Cap (when is it not…) and you’re thinking about the road to riches, how far along you might be, and what the ultimate destination could be. The Hanged Man makes you pause this week and look at your notions of ‘wealth’ differently. Maybe it’s not all about the money after all – maybe the experience, reputation, legacy, or security, or the things that money can buy that you really want. Redefine ‘wealth’ and the pathway to it will become a lot clearer.

The Seven and King of Coins give you the insight, inspiration, creative thinking, and courage to make some long term changes in the here and now that will, I promise, lead to the wealth you seek. Your destiny is to be wealthy, in the right way, and making that distinction and clarification this month will make this journey happen.

So think about ‘wealth’ and what it really means. The next step will open up thereafter.

Aquarius

January 22 to February 19

AQUARIUS star sign
There’s no use leaving things to chance (Picture: Getty/Metro.co.uk)

Tarot cards for Aquarius for November: Four of Cups, Three of Coins, Two of Swords

Meaning: Decision-making

The Two of Swords makes your priority this November a big decision, a choice you’ve long put off or circled because you’re not sure there’s a ‘right answer’. And maybe there isn’t. But it’s definitely the wrong answer to do nothing because fate will decide and you have no control there at all. So, decide.

The Four of Cups asks you to review your current situation. Often choices lead to change and often we seize that route because change is interesting and fresh. But is that the right move? This card suggests you’re missing important and valuable assets which you already possess, which sit right under your own nose. Look again at what you’ve got. Imagine if it was someone else’s… would you envy them?

The Three of Coins suggests asking for feedback and input. Other people have a good lens on this situation and you could do with an outside POV. Do all this, and then decide. Take control.

Pisces

February 20 to March 20

pisces star sign
Time to roll with the punches, Pisces (Picture: Getty/Metro.co.uk)

Tarot cards for Pisces for November: The Tower, The Wheel of Fortune, Seven of Cups

Meaning: Transformation ahead

A fascinating month ahead lies in store where there will be much change and transformation, and I know it might feel like a bumpy ride, but keep your head up, Pisces. Things will turn out the right way in the end, so ride the ride, and stay positive. The Tower might kick things off with a surprising event or revelation, likely something which leads to a collapse of some kind. Let it fall. Let it go.
This was an inevitable event and, deep down, you know it.

The Wheel of Fortune then kicks into action and start spinning, spreading ripples throughout. The Seven of Cups asks you to use this period of change and slight chaos to bring some of your more imaginative ideas and desires to the table… they will find a more receptive audience now.

All in all, there will be new openings and opportunities to pursue. Stay alert and be proactive.
